Fabulous location and comfortable stay - would book again if I was in Florence!
Very comfortable beds, air conditioning was great (especially when travelling in July), fabulous common area for when you don’t feel like eating out and it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to drop off our bags and freshen up when arriving.
There seemed to be a potential ant problem in the bathroom (not enough to be an issue for us, but more than a rogue ant) and the bathroom fan was very loud.

Easy check in, helpful staff. Great aircon and shower. Comfy bed and pillows. Mini fridge in room. Proper bean coffee machine for free use in communal kitchen area. Cooking appliances if you prefer to make your own food or simple breakfast etc.

Wonderful
Location is great. You are right in the center of the city with just 3 -5 min walk to historical sightseeing, restaurants, shops,…No breakfast, but great coffee maker and nice area where you can eat.
You have to be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs on the first floor ( American second) by yourself.
